Website Care Flex is designed for businesses that want Marketify Plus to manage the technical maintenance of their WordPress website while continuing to use their current third-party hosting provider.

For Websites Hosted with Third-Party Providers

Your website will remain hosted with its current provider. Marketify Plus will receive authorized administrative access to WordPress and, when necessary, the hosting control panel to perform the maintenance services included in this plan.

Because the website operates outside the Marketify Plus infrastructure, server availability, hosting performance, email services, account restrictions, server configuration, and provider-level technical issues remain subject to the services, limitations, and support policies of the client’s hosting provider.

Website Coverage

This plan covers one WordPress website and one WordPress installation at the URL specified during checkout and displayed on the corresponding invoice.

Additional websites, separate WordPress installations, multisite networks, staging environments, or subdomains operating as independent websites require separate service plans unless expressly included in writing by Marketify Plus.

Important Service Information

• Website hosting and domain registration or renewal are not included.


• The client must maintain an active account with the third-party hosting provider.


• The client must provide and maintain the administrative access required to perform the service.


• Content updates, redesigns, new pages, SEO services, and custom development are not included.


• Premium plugin, theme, or software licenses must be provided by the client unless otherwise stated in writing.


• Malware removal, emergency website recovery, extensive repairs, server-level work, and major technical issues may require a separate evaluation and estimate.


• Issues caused by the hosting provider, server configuration, account restrictions, external platforms, APIs, or third-party services may require additional technical work or coordination with the corresponding provider.


• Website migration or transfer to the Marketify Plus platform is not included in this maintenance plan and may be quoted separately.

Website Care Flex provides professional technical supervision for your WordPress website without requiring you to transfer it from your current hosting provider.
