If you forgot your Marketify Plus client area password, you can reset it from the login page using the email address connected to your account.
How to Reset Your Password
- Go to the Marketify Plus client portal.
- Click Login.
- Select the password reset or forgot password option.
- Enter the email address connected to your Marketify Plus account.
- Submit the password reset request.
- Check your email inbox for the password reset instructions.
- Follow the link in the email and create a new password.
If You Do Not Receive the Email
If you do not receive the password reset email, check your spam, junk, promotions, or updates folder. Also make sure you entered the correct email address connected to your client account.
Creating a Secure Password
For better security, use a password that includes:
- Uppercase and lowercase letters
- Numbers
- Special characters
- At least 12 characters when possible
Important Security Note
Marketify Plus will never ask you to send your password by email or support ticket. Keep your password private and avoid reusing the same password across multiple websites.
